How It Works

(Emergency Treatment) $500 + (Ambulance) $500 + (X-ray) $300 + (1 Day Hospital Confinement) $400 + (Hospital Admission) $3,000 + (Crutches) $125 = $4,825

1)  An employee's covered son is injured playing in a school football game and is taken by ambulance to the ER. 2) X-Rays determine he has a severe fracture, requiring a hospital stay.
3) After being released, they submit a claim to Assurity. 4) Hooray! Their son's accident is covered and Assurity sends the insured a $4,825 check.
